Yoga Classes
We are proud to announce certified Instructor Donna Franchetti to
our Yoga program. Donna will be teaching on Thursday mornings at
9:30am. Donna will be teaching Vinyasa (about 90mins) Starting
November 8th, 2007

movement are seamlessly united in such a way that each action
encourages the other. Vinyasa Yoga is an integrated yoga therapy
which links the mind, body and breath through a series of
challenging yoga postures. This is a complete workout which
generates an internal heat to build strength, balance, and flexibility
as well as to help purify the body and increase circulation, resulting
in a light, toned, strong body. Be prepared to sweat! Integrate
Vinyasa Yoga into your life to reduce stress and to create an overall

We still have our beginners yoga class taught by certified instructor
Agnes Halas. Agnes teaches on Tuesday mornings at 8:30am.
All Yoga Classes are $20. Packages are avaliable.
Additional Yoga Classes
We are adding to our schedule Monday Mornings at 9:30am a Vinyasa Yoga Class, (open to all ) in addition to
our Vinyasa Yoga class,(recommended for intermediate guests) offered on Thursdays at 9:30am. Both classes
are taught by certified instructor Donna Franchetti.
Gentle Yoga (open to all) is offered on Tuesdays at 8:30am and taught by certified instructor Agnes Halas.

Gentle Yoga: Engage in a yoga class that will strengthen, stretch and slowly rediscover the feeling of openness
that the body will welcome. The class is designed to enhance energy, opening with warm-ups and practice of
classical Asana (postures) with emphasis on breath awareness. We will work on balance, flexibility and finish with
relaxation. It is geared for those who are willing to develop a yoga practice of their own and participate with an
intention toward wellness and also to benefit from a small class.
